SANHA is the only manufacturer of pressing systems to guarantee the complete tightness of the connections independently of the manufacturer of the press tools. All press machines and press clamps and chains that meet the following requirements may be used:
-> The pressing tool must be properly maintained and used in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.
-> Compact pressing machines (up to and including 28 mm) must have a minimum pressing force of 18 kN and a pin diameter of 10 mm.
-> Press machines up to and including 54 mm resp. up to and including 108 mm (electronically controlled) must have a minimum pressing force of 30 kN and a pin diameter of 14 mm.
-> For metal pipe connections up to 54 mm in diameter, press jaws and press chains for press connections type M-MM must have the original press contour SA, M or V.
-> For metal pipe connections larger than 54 mm in diameter, press jaws and press chains for press connections type M-MM must have the original press contour SA or M.
-> For connecting plastic pipes, press jaws and press chains must have the original TH contour.
-> Depending on the system used, the SANHA instructions must be observed.
